By placing a food order on this website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Ordering Policy

  • PRE- ORDERING

All food items will be available for Next-Day ordering (9AM to 5PM) unless stated otherwise.

  • SAME-DAY ORDERING

All food items will be available for Same-Day ordering (9AM to 5PM) unless stated otherwise.

  • You understand that our food ordering timing is between 9AM to 5PM and that our cut-off timing for food ordering is at 4.30PM daily. We reserve the rights to change our operation timing if required.

Self-Collection Policy

  • Customers may opt to collect their orders at no extra charge. Collections can be made at our store at:

H-1-10, Plaza Arkadia, No. 3, Jalan Intisari Perdana, Desa Park City, 52200 Kuala Lumpur

  • Prior notification of at least 1 day in advance is required if customers wish to change delivery to self-collection and vice versa.
  • You agree to have your food self-picked up during the time period as specified (9AM to 5PM) on our website and social media pages. Operational Hours might differ and Anther and Stigma Venture reserves the rights to amend from time to time.

Delivery Policy

  • Delivery are only available within selected areas and we delivery from Monday to Sunday. If we currently do not deliver to your area, but you would like us to, please let us know via Whatsapp 012-6692818 or head to GrabFood app.
  • If both the sender & recipient cannot be contacted within 10 minutes of the courier’s arrival, food orders will be placed at the door-step or left with reception/front desk/security guard. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery. We will not take responsibility for lost or damaged items.
  • A photo will be taken as proof of delivery and you may request for us to send the photo to you.
  • We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to use a Third party delivery services such as Grab / LalaMove/ Mr Speefy without prior notification.
  • You agree Delivery Providers are solely responsible for the delivery of all items sent using delivery services. Anther and Stigma Venture is not responsible or liable for the acts and omissions of Delivery Providers and/or its agents, employees and contractors. Anther and Stigma Venture does not have control over any of Delivery Providers actions. All disputes and or enquiries regarding the delivery of your items should be contacted with respective delivery service providers directly.
  • After the delivery of the food and beverage items, you shall solely be liable for demurrage or loss, damage, contamination, soiling or detention of the food and beverage items (including but not limited to containers) whether caused directly or indirectly by you or any person acting on your behalf.
  • During adverse weather conditions (including heavy rain and flood), we may not be able to deliver orders on time. This is outside of our control and we cannot accept responsibility for the late delivery of the order. Therefore, in the event of adverse weather conditions, we aren’t able to refund or offer re-delivery of affected orders.

Re-delivery / Wrong Address Policy

Anther & Stigma will not accept responsibility and non-delivery for the following situations:

  • Incorrect/incomplete delivery address given.
  • Incorrect/no valid contact number provided.
  • No respond from Recipients/Senders to receive the order.
  • No such person at delivery address.
  • Recipient not present at delivery address during scheduled delivery hours and no representative is able to receive on their behalf (Eg: recipient on leave / MC)
  • Our courier service will only be able to wait for a maximum of 10 minutes before moving off for other deliveries. Redelivery fees will have to borne by the customer to be sent to the right address.
  • In the event that there needs to be a re-delivery, an additional redelivery fee of RM20 will be charged.
  • If the customer is unwilling to pay the redelivery fee, no refund will be issued for non-delivery.

Refund, Return & Cancellation policy

All food order and delivery bookings placed are treated as confirmed. You shall not be entitled to cancel / exchange or refund a Food Order after it is confirmed. If you cancel a Food Order after it has been confirmed, you remain liable to pay the applicable fees for the Food Order in full regardless of whether it has been prepared. Anther and Stigma Venture reserves the right to amend the acceptable cancellation reasons from time to time.

Product Availability & Substitution

All food item are subject to availability. Here at Anther & Stigma, we strive to ensure your food items are always fresh. However, in the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to make changes upon informing customers.

Payments Methods

ONLINE

We accept cashless payment method such as Visa, MasterCard credit cards.

Online payments are processed using our secure payment provider, Stripe.

WHATSAPP (012-669 2818)

Customers who order through Whatsapp will be sent an invoice for their order via e-mail. Upon receiving invoice, customers may choose to pay by bank transfer / cash / credit card. Should you choose to bank transfer, kindly screenshot a copy of the receipt and send to us as proof of your transaction.
